Hands down the most RAW & VULNERABLE interview I've ever given.
This podcast interview with Mahara Wayman where I started to cry and could not stop the tears from flowing.
This was a first for me, crying in-front of the world. I was feeling very emotional that day, just said goodbye to someone I cared about and it would have been the anniversary with my ex-fiance, so to say I was feeling a LOT was a mild understatement.
On THE ART OF BADASSERY PODCAST I reflected on what made me a badass, and I shared one of the hardest things is to love & accept the BIG, often OVERWHELMING emotions I feel, especially when I DON'T want to feel them in front of others.
And so embracing myself with LOVE & GRACE while I allowed the tears to flow without shame, shows I'm human and how to work through these parts of ourself in real time.
So if you've:
Been through hard times and struggled
Felt grief you wish would leave because it feels like it "should" be long enough
If you feel things BIG and tears are part of your being
I SEE YOU.
I HONOR YOU.
I'M HERE WITH YOU.
I hope you watch his powerful episode, I know it will have a huge impact (and you can watch this beautiful moment) or listen on your favorite podcast app. See below for links.
