We think that we are a good mom when we sacrifice our-self, our hopes and dreams and the things that makes us happy because there's just no time. I'm here to say that you're not just a mom, or a wife, you are your own person. Figure out you, be you! When you discover who you are, you can teach your children young and model to them that they are their own unique human with hopes and dreams and that self love and self care ARE NOT SELFISH, it's first and foremost and an essential part of creating a life you love.
